How long is shipping and processing?
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
Can I cancel my order once the order is placed?
Sorry, no your order cannot be cancelled.
How are orders shipped? Will I receive a tracking number?
All orders are shipped through USPS priority mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
I put in the wrong address. Can it be changed?
Yes. The fee for address change is $10. Please email
us as soon as possible to modify your address before your order is
shipped out.
Tracking says package is delivered but it's not in my procession.
Please contact USPS and file a claim with your tracking number. Once packages are dropped off at the USPS and you receive tracking, we are not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.
